Beautiful wrap dress by French fashion brand Kooples. I wore it a few times and honestly the quality is outstanding. Can’t find the fabric label but I think it’s silk. Even look at the buttons and small details- you can see that this is designer dress. I don’t remember whether there were shoulder pads or I took them off I can send you this with shoulder pads I have if you want
