The Kooples navy blue ankle length skirt. Crocheted navy pattern gives a delicate feel and the viscose fabric is stretchy and breathable. Has a stretchy waist as seen in photos, fits comfortably as a medium. Has a slip underneath that falls to your knees then the crocheted lines are slightly see through from knee to ankle to give an edgier feel. Felt very french to me, would wear with sneakers and a blazer. Fits to frame, not tight but doesn’t billow out. Never worn!
