Presented here is a Koos Van Den Akker New York dress. The dress is a two layered dress. The outer layer is a white floral lace and the inner layer is a mesh with flowers. There is a bit of staining on the interior of the dress. It is not visible on the outside of the dress. A very desirable vintage masterpiece from Koos Van Den Akker. Please see photos for details.
