The logo design on the back is cracking. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. Has elastic in the waist. The color of the skirt is blue. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The skirt is darker than the pictures depict. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 16 1/2 inches, the hips are 20 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 15 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
