Cold shoulder dress bought in Korea. Korean "free size" but this dress is quite loose, probably close to a US large. Length is above the knee (I'm 5'2"). The neckline and shoulder area provides no elasticity so if you're broader shouldered or really narrow shouldered it may not fit right. Bought but never wore.
