gwenlilly778 Nice boots. Hi, are the sort of "scratchey" looking places---permanent? I know suede will take on some what of a patina, if you will, however, there are so many lines, marks on these that I have to ask are they all permanent? gwenlilly778 These are store-displayed and so never worn or used so those marks are puzzling. I am not doubting you---maybe they are like distressed jeans----made to look older,/worn maybe?.....thx again...

ttpetitestudio @gwenlilly778 Hi, these shoes are made to have a distressed look, so the suede are not look exactly same in all area, like some areas are supposed to look darker and some areas lighter. Besides that, these shoes are floor model which means they not been worn (just check the outsole), but they did got some scuffs/ scratches from display, potentially try ons and been stored with other shoes without shoe box. Hope those answers your questions.
