Kristin Richards in Newport RI partnered up with Nicole Romano NYC to create this adorable summer romper with Pom Pom and chain necklace with silk ribbon ties. Necklace can attach with clips or wear tied around your neck. Worn once and washed. Shrunk a bit since it was dry clean only. I’m 5’6. This would be best for shorter girlies. Fits like XS now.
