Like brand new and looks like real leather (great stitching detail) although there is no authentication saying so. Many pockets and sturdy. The main zippered pocket has a phone slide pocket and snapped pocket along with small zippered pocket. The other side is large with a snap closure. Outside front and back pockets are zippered. Long adjustable shoulder strap to be a cross-body or shoulder purse. Antique brass hardware. The floral fabric is romantic and timeless and is a smooth fabric. There are no imperfections I could find and was not used by my mother. She had it in her closet. Im helping my mom downsize, price reflects the need to move, not necessarily the condition.
