K-style ivory flouncy mesh skirt

New with tag ivory mesh skirt with black elastic waistband. A bit see-through so would need to be worn with tights or flesh-colored undergarments. “Korean free size” (one size) but measures about 23” around the waist (without stretching the elastic band) and about 17.5” long. Bought this skirt in South Korea and never got the chance to wear it, but there is a bit of fraying at the waistband (pictured).
