Ksubi polka dot dress

Polka dots!!!! Fit and flare! I'm a C cup and when this fit me, I didn't need a bra. The straps are adjustable to help with that. From cool Aussie brand Ksubi. Empire waist is 16 inches measured flat. Side zip and lined. Professionally re-hemmed to convert from a bubble skirt (remember that) to something more flattering. Modeled not fully zipped because it's a bit too tight on me now.
