Kukul Multi-Color Mini Dress with Cowl Neck and Shoulder Ties, Medium, NWOT

I bought this dress at a small boutique in Segovia, Spain called Kukul. Colorful mini dress with a cowl neck. Sleeveless with shoulder ties. Bottom has pleated flare at the bottom and red and green ribbon detail. Material is slightly sheer and 100% cotton. Made in India. New without tags and never worn. Measures approximately 17” from armpit to armpit and 35” long from top of the shoulder to bottom of the hem laying flat.
