Kultura Long Summer Dress

Light and airy summer dress. Scrunched at the top. Ling and flowy below. I bought it for a trip I never took. It measures 45inches from top to hem. The chest measure 10 inches. I wear a 36 bra and it fits me like a glove. There isn’t a tad inside that tells the material or size. I listed it as a medium because I’m a medium and it fits perfect.
