Kumfs heels T-strap 36 fit like 7.5 or 8 US women's

Hey, I bought these back in the late nineties, and I've probably worn them a total of about three or four times. They are labeled size thirty-six, but they fit like a US women's size 7.5 or 8 or a European 38. Notable damage on inside of heel. Can't see it when you're wearing them. They are leather with leather quarter lining. The company no longer exists. They were based in Bew Zealand. They were close to $300 in the 90s.
