terriuccello Hi just want to let you know that I didn't expect all the scuffs in the front of the shoes. Wouldn't have purchased them with all those marks. Would like to return please

tia0801 @terriuccello Hi, if you zoom in, you can see the scuffs, so I didn't hide it from you. Also, that's an easy fix. They're genuine leather and will look brand new with some black shoe polish. Honestly, it's your job to investigate and make sure they're up to your standards before buying. I don't feel it's fair to return them because of an oversight on your end.

tia0801 @terriuccello Of course, the bottom of the shoe that you're walking on is going to have wear and tear. The sole is sturdy and completely in tact. In addition, you can't see the botton of the shoe when you're walking. I can understand if you don't like them, but please don't make it seem as if the shoes are in bad condition or that I tricked you somehow. You bought them for less than half of what I paid. They're not brand new. Let's work it out through customer service from this point on. Thanks
