This dress is amazing. The blue skip that has adjustable straps and snaps in. Bust: 15". Arm holes: 8.5@. Shoulders: 6". The front is a wrap so can stay open or closed up. Elastic waist with belt: 11". High low. Waist down front: 21". Back: 11" back. Slip is 16.5" from waist down. Shoulder to waist: 15". Made of polyester. Great bright colors and you will be noticed Abd commented on. It's definitely an original. Slightly sheer (thin) with blue slip underneath. Plus free gift.
