clementkylie @ruple216 From what I can tell, the Matte is very very Matte, and the Velvets are slightly matte but have a slightly softer, glossier texture. I like both of them. Just depends on the occasion.

clementkylie @ruple216 Yes I have multiples of both with all four liquid lipsticks in them. They are unused complete sets. As far as which lasts the longest....I would say the velvet.
