We wore this twice! My gal is a furnace and was way too hot. I washed it twice, once pre-wear, once after. Air dried. I cannot explain the sports that have appeared. We only wore to sleep, no food or drink (nursing though). I have not treated the spots and they could be water spots from air drying. The size is medium weight 18-30lbs; 26-33 inches.
