Half button up lightweight peasant blouse with 3/4 sleeves, shirred neckline, & cinch-able bottom. 100% cotton in size extra large. There are small spots under the top button which feels like something under the fabric. Not very noticeable, especially if top button is unbuttoned. See pictures. Otherwise in good used condition.
