This is for someone with a bit wider back. It would fit a solid medium and probably a large since it laces up and can adjust bigger. For reference I am a 32 band size in bras. While this is NWT, it is a store purchase and therefore has been tried on. I have checked for flaws and did not find any. It is surprisingly sturdy considered the wide weave of the fabric.
