L8ter Plunge Short Sleeve Elastic Waist dress Features with elastic waist and drop shoulder sleeve. This dress is similar to swim suit cover up but the material is typically cotton or more absorbent for cover ups but this one seems like a dress but I guess it can be a cover up. Very good condition w/ no holes, tears, rips, rubs or stains. Elastic in great shape. Approx measurements: VERY stretchy elastic waistband measurement is 12 inches but stretches double of that. shoulder to hem 32 inches **Dress would probably fit a size med/large best as seen on the mannequin** 95% Polyester 5% Spandex Mannequin is size medium and dress fits perfectly but it does stretch to fit I would say a size large.
