L.A. Artwear Hand Painted T-Top Frogs! White Colorful Short Sleeves 90s - XL

White hand-painted T-shirt top from L.A. Artwear features scoop neck, short sleeves with small shoulder pads and drop shoulders. L.A. Artwear was made in the US, and each piece hand painted. This one is adorned with colorful frogs and narrow paint strokes, with a subtle silver gleam. Please note that the shoulder pads cannot be easily removed, but they're not very big. This top is nicely finished. I believe this is late 90s so there are not a lot of these around. Size: XL: Bust 48", length from shoulder 26" Condition: New with tag.
