What's the width of the waist, the length and is it fully lined please?

@phoenix_rose83 yes, it is fully lined! I am traveling right now, so I’ll need to measure when I get back - but for reference, it fits me well in the waist and I am a 26 in jeans. It falls about an inch above the floor on me (in flats) and I am 5 6.
