LA Hearts Circle Skirt

High rise circle skirt that has a textured pattern. Size says XS. length measures 17 inches from top to bottom and waist measurement is approx. 24 inches but is made of 60 percent cotton so it’s very stretchy. I bought it when I had different fashion tastes, but never wore it.
