L.A. Hearts Dress

Super cute mini dress!! I bought it from pac sun but it ended up not fitting right. It’s never been worn out just tried on so it’s basically brand new!! Double lined so it’s not see through. Has strings in the back so you tie it to fit your waist and zips up in the back. Length (arm pit - bottom hem) - 22” Width (waist) - 16”
