@barbaralse its not super super small. You sound like youre my daughters size and it fits Her with a little breathing room. I measured just to be safe though. Laying flat it is 16" across, but stretches out to 17-18" length from top of shoulder to bottom hem in the front is 14"... the back is 16" ...the fringe is 10" long around the bottom hem.
