I bought this and it was too small on me!! Perfect condition-- like new. No spots/rips/tears. The tie in front allows to adjust waist size-- it's very forgiving. I have large and defined shoulders so it doesn't fit me in the area. Great with a pair of black leggings and converse!! ;)

meganpillow @hunnie11 No apologies needed! I'm the same way!! :) This is a PacSun brand! And 13 inches from top to drawstring, and the drawstring seam measures 2.5 inches, and the drawstring to the end of the blouse measures 13.5 inches :) the Drawstring seam can be laid out straight and flat if want to leave the blouse untied 💕😘
