LA Hearts tie-back floral top

Think summer with this cute floral top! Super soft navy blue material with light pink flowers and a ruffle in the front. This top ties in the back with an open back and has an elastic hem on the bottom. Straps are also adjustable. Size small and in great condition, worn only a handful of times.
