triciajanzen @mdbrodney is 18" armpit to arm pit and the measurement is the same for the hip., this is approximate as its layers of the fringe attached to a stretchy base.

triciajanzen @mdbrodney size small so yes 4-6..its meant to hang lose so the fringe is full. If you wear a size small it will be perfect.
