arc31083 I was a watch specialist for Nordstrom back when they sold this watch. All L.A.M.B watches were made by. "Geneva Watch Group," this is the key information you want to give the sales girl at any Nordstrom in the jewelry department. Nordstrom can send the watch back to, "Geneva Watch Group," for you as a repair to see if they still have spare parts for that style watch available.

arc31083 If your not dealing with an experienced sales person they will try to say they don't send watches out for repair. At that point you ask to speak to the manager of the jewelry department to get it sent out. At a minimum they can send the watch out for you if you say you purchased it from them and you do not need your receipt. All you have to do is say you got it from them.

arc31083 Sending through Nordstrom is a more secure way of getting the watch back from repair. When you send a watch back for repair on your own there is a much greater chance of them losing it. If that were to happen with Nordstrom they would have to reimburse you for the full amount of the original price of the item. However I never had a watch manufacturer lose a watch repair in 5 years of working there but they will say that to you to try to get out of sending it back for repair on your behalf.

arc31083 They will get a quote when they send it out of how much the links will coast to replace and they won't approve the cost until you approve. For them to send it out for you is usually free or they might charge you shipping and they will let you know any charges up front.

arc31083 @hadipsi no problem😀 also since they are sending it out you can have them buff out the scratches it will look brand-new. They charge for buffing between $25 - $50 depending on the manufacturer. You can request that they quote you for the buffing and links and decide once they tell you the total. 😀
