L.A.M.B Black reptile crossbody with flaws

Black 100% leather outer crossbody bag. the Strap is not leather (see photos) and is adjustable. The bag shows some wear throughout from normal use (see photos) but is in overall good condition. it is approx. 10.25” long, 8.5” tall (not including strap) and about 3.5” wide. the drop is 15” with strap as short as it will go and 25” fully extended. Comps are around $80-$189 for this bag - my price reflects the presence of flaws. please ask all question PRIOR to purchase These are the flaws - please read so there is no confusion or issues later 😊 On one side of the inside, where the inside zipper pocket is- the stiching above the zipper has come loose - easily stiched back up. On the outside near the top edge of bag there is a brown mark, that I have not tried to remove for fear of doing damage. It might just wipe off, don’t know what it is. On the inside near top by the main zipper there is another small brown mark.
