This is a vintage gold-tone pendant with clear crystal and blue stone pendant top from LANVIN. Heart shape motif charm with the engraved logo "LANVIN GERMANY" in the back of the pendant top. Also featuring some clear crystals around logo and a diamond-cut blue stone in the middle of the pendant top. Three of the white crystals are missing as shown in the pictures.
