The waist is 22 inches or 44 inches around. The hips are 23 or approximately 46 inches around. The length is 23 inches. The skirt waist band is 15 inches it stretches to 20 inches or approximately 40 inches around. The hips are 34 inches or approximately 68 inches around. The length on the long part is 38 inches and the shorter part measures 34 inches. The waist band has elastic with a drawstring. Beautiful embroidery throughout the garment.
