razzles03 Clarify- I see the numbers in the post, the mfr measurements for an 8 are 38 bust and 31 waist. Which is way different.

k_bay @razzles03 I just bought this dress from Nordstrom, I'm an 8. I lacked two inches from being able to zip mine. Hope this helps you. I would say the sizing is extremely small.
