Beautiful pleats and material on this peacock-colored blouse and its sleeves. The color is not quite as blue as it appears, it is slightly more green. I would 100% keep it for myself if I could alter the shoulders and arm length without ruining the flowy drape effect. ** There was a small tear under the armpit on one side which I have repaired (last photo), it is not really visible while wearing.
