@lynnshinski hi! It should! I just put it on my 15 month old who weighs between 23-26 pounds and it fits him! I added some pictures for reference, you’ll have to excuse the quality and crying toddler face, it’s past his bedtime! He’s wearing fleece PJs and the vest fit him.
