LAST CHANCE Velvet Swing Dress

Sweet little swing number with a shimmery, geometric velvet burnout pattern. I LOVE this dress. But the silhouette and cut just isn't quite right on me. I tried to make it happen but I need to let someone love it and rock it! I bought this at Haute Hanger on King Street in Charleston- pulled the tag off but never wore it.
