qtbargainhunter I'm curious about this dress. It says it was altered to fit a smaller top and larger bottom. But yet the breast measurements appear to be a 40?

shay3624 @qtbargainhunter I meant the opposite, altered to fit a smaller bottom. Thank you for catching that. Please note that chiffon is slightly longer than lining on this. I think this may even out once on body but i wanted to make sure that was noted.
