@tracyblunier I don't think so. It's 14.5 inches across the waist, and 18 inches long. I also have 2 more skirts to list. I took photos, but havent edited them yet: Kay Unger A-line navy wool skirt with baby blue piping & draped ruffle, size 8 is just shy of 15 inches across the waist and 20.5 inches long. And a Loft gray pencil skirt with a some sparkley silver threads woven through it, size 10 is 16.5 across the waist and 22 inches long. If you're interested, I'll upload some photos

@est_ I It's 18 inches long, which is above the knee. I guess it depends on your height and what you consider "mini". I think it's pretty short. And yes, it's black with pale pink & gray pinstripes.
