slewis234 Question...how is the cowl neck for comfort? Does it fit around the neck tightly or is it pretty loose? I suffer with ptsd from being strangled and I don't normally wear high necklines but I love the look of a loose cowl neck. Do you think it's loose and soft enough that it would be OK around my neck?
