LAUNDRY black and white belted vest NWT

bought this thinking it was a dress but the slits are a bit too high to actually wear as a dress. it's a black blazer-style vest with white buttons and detailing and removable white piped belt. extremely cute and flattering, would look great over dresses or pants as seen in the model photos. size 6, new with tags! approx. measurements pit/pit: 17" collar/hem: 34"
