Brand new with tags. Front mini skirt exposed with chiffron layer around the back. Has a back zipper. Great skirt to wear as a wedding guest, cocktail party or even a night out. The material is 100% polyester. The approximate measurements: Length- 42.5in (back), 16.5in (front center). Waist- 14.75in. Hips- 18.25in (measured inside out). The skirt is short in the front and long in the back. The top layer is sheer and the bottom layer of the top is not sheer. The skirt may fit a small better. The skirt was just a bit adjusted. It LOOKS LIKE IT WAS HEMED TOGETHER OR SEWN TOGERTHER IN PLACES.
