L’Amour by Nanette Lepore royal Blue seahorse romper with tie waist and ruffles at chest, 5 gold buttons and adjustable straps. Measurements are approximate and taken with items laying flat, chest 17”, waist 15.5”, inseam 2 1/4. Color most resembles first photo. There is an iron on name tag inside which I’ve crossed out. M57
