Tag says sz 8 but it’s 17 1/2” pit to pit lying flat so don’t know if that correlates correctly or not. Waist is 14 1/2”. It’s 32” from top center of neckline to hem. Fully lined. I think it looks classier without the belt so you can remove loops if you want. The belt is stretchy and faux patent leather. Not a stretchy dress at all. One part of the closure above zipper is missing. I took a pic of the part that is there.
