LBD Black Velvet Dress

Black velvet dress from H&M worn once. It’s really cute and has an open V plunge back. Can be dressed up or down. I’ve put the measurements in (see photos) BUT it’s super stretchy so take them with a grain of salt. I really love this dress but I have like 3 that are exactly alike so I’m letting some go!
