New, but does not have any packaging. The pan is magnetic and will work with a magnetic palette. It is a standard size. If purchasing 4 of my L'Bri eyeshadows/singles, I may have a new magnetic quad palette add-on for an extra $3-$5, depending on which one I have on hand (likely ABH or L'Bri) - just ask if I do not have one listed at the time. L'Bri eyeshadows are buildable and can also be used wet for a more intense color payoff. They also work well over any eye primer I have tried them with. Photos are taken in different light, but in person (to my eyes), is closest to the 1st and 2nd photos. *Please note, as this item does not have its own packaging (unless purchasing a quad palette), I will package very carefully to ensure it arrives as safely as possible.
