Size XXL mini circle skirt from LC Lauren Conrad. Two layers of sheer black tulle over a polyester lining with an elastic waist. Tulle layers have a raw hem. Elastic waist band is about 1.5" wide. Laying flat, waist measures 18.5" across, but the elastic waistband provides a good bit of stretch. Skirt length measures 19.5" long. Good used condition.
