LC Lauren Conrad Brand white and blue striped dress

Super comfortable Lauren Conrad nautical inspired dress from Kohl's. Material is thicker and is so silky and soft. It is a really great quality. Dress is also double lined and has pockets. Straps are adjustable. Waist has a gathered elastic band for a more fitted look. Size 6. Dress has only been worn a few times. There are 3 very faint spots on the bottom hem on the back of the dress that are barely noticeable and price will reflect that.
