LC Lauren Conrad Fit & Flare Dress (with pockets!)

Preloved LC Lauren Conrad a-line, fit and flare dress. Scoop neck with three buttons (buttons are just for show - cannot be unbuttoned). Elastic waistband as well as a belt to make tighter if needed - I’ve worn both with and without the belt. Pockets (!!!). Back with white floral design throughout. I’m 5’1” and this hits right at my knee
