LC Lauren Conrad Gold Bow CZ Ring size 7 NWT

New Size 7 gold tone fashion ring featuring a sparkly cubic zirconia Bow design from Lauren Conrad. Very feminine, delicate and petite. This ring is brand new on card. However there is a spot on the outside of the band and on the inside. My assumption is that it's light tarnishing or plate wear but since it's attached to the card I can't tell or try to clean it.
