LC Lauren Conrad Icy Blue Floral Dress Size 6

Beautiful colorway and cut. Retro cut: fit and flare, pleated skirt. Pale or icy blue with a pastel green, pink, cream, and white floral print; beautiful and wintry enough for a winter wedding guest or New Year's Eve dress but color pallet is versatile enough to work for Valentine's, Spring/Easter, or summer too. Upper back cut out w/ button detail. Zip back. Thought this was NWOT, but while getting ready to photograph I noticed several rust colored stains on the back between the pleats. I spot treated and rinsed and was able to remove or fade significantly but not completely. See photos where I point to the now faded spots. They are mostly camouflaged by the floral along the back seam but there is one, the stubbornest one, on the solid blue but hidden by the pleats. It was my sister's favorite of several Lauren Conrad dresses she bought and liked so much she came over and did a "fashion show" try on like when we were teenagers. But it was too tight on her torso to zip up all the way so she never wore it anywhere and it is too big for me. Update: This was actually worn once, but is now too tight for my sister AND my sister found the belt that goes with it. It is a skinny belt in the same icy blue, but I don't have the energy to rephotograph. But you get a belt!
